The route
From Boulogne-sur-Mer to Wimereux, take the cycle path along the RD940. To cross the Slack Dunes Sensitive Natural Area, cycle paths have been created between Wimereux and Ambleteuse.
Up to the entrance of Wissant, follow rural roads (accessible only to non-motorized transport and farmers). The northern and southern entrances to Wissant are not equipped for cycle paths, so stay on the RD940.
After Wissant, reach Escalles via shared paths, then rejoin the RD940 before Blériot-Sangatte, and then follow the cycle paths of Calais.
