Description

If you’re looking for a place to stay for a night or more, come and enjoy a unique experience in our ‘GOLD’ guest room, set in a former 18th-century farmhouse.

It is situated on the ground floor, with a separate entrance and a view of the ornamental garden. It sleeps up to 2 people (1 bed measuring 180/200 or 2 beds measuring 90/200). A shower room and toilet are en suite and private to the room.
Breakfast is served in the main house, featuring local produce and homemade jams.
A communal area, available for self-catering use free of charge, is provided, where you’ll find a television, a microwave and a fridge for preparing your picnic.
Garden furniture and tables are available for your use during the season. Our heated swimming pool is available from April to October, weather permitting.
We welcome your pet. A supplement of €15 will be charged.

The ‘GOLD’ guest room is one of the five guest rooms we offer. They are arranged so as to be independent of one another. The three ground-floor guest rooms open directly onto the large garden and each have a separate entrance. Our other two guest rooms share a staircase.
Ideally situated for visiting the D-Day beaches, you’ll discover the history of the landings through the battle sites and museums.
The ‘GOLD’ guest room is situated a stone’s throw from Pointe du Hoc, the gun batteries at Longues-sur-Mer and Azeville, Arromanches, Sainte-Mère-Église, and the American and German cemeteries.
In the heart of the Bessin and Cotentin Marshes Nature Reserve, you can explore the local flora and fauna by following the many signposted paths, visiting designated wildlife viewing spots, or joining a tour led by a professional guide.

Nestled on the border between the departments of Calvados and La Manche, it is ideally situated for visiting the towns of Bayeux, Caen, Honfleur, Cherbourg, Mont Saint-Michel, and more.
As you wind your way along the roads, you’ll catch sight of manor farms and châteaux.
For food lovers, Grandcamp-Maisy is a family-friendly seaside resort with a fishing and marina (selling shellfish, oysters and fresh fish every day). Local producers offer dairy products, vegetables, toffees and cider-based specialities.
Many restaurants are open during the season, but please note: you’ll need to book in advance!

On site, the farm animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens and turkeys) will delight young and old alike. Our heated swimming pool is available during the season.
