Close to the center and shops, on the "Vélomaritime" (EV4). We are 2 km from the beach.

The apartment is located in the semi-basement (ceiling height 1.95 m.) of a detached house in an enclosed courtyard, with the possibility of parking your car in a private parking space. Enclosed bicycle garage with electric recharging points.

Independent entrance into a small living room with sofa bed, TV, coffee maker, small desk. Then 1 bedroom with 1.40m bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and bathtub (access from bedroom). Bed linen and towels provided.
